The Prosecutor General's Office Frankfurt am Main – Cyber Crime Center and the Bundeskriminalamt (German Federal Criminal Police Office, BKA) ask for your assistance.

The wanted person is suspected of having operated a criminal online trading platform and of being a member of the criminal organisation "NoName57(16)".

The group has been operating since March 2022 and since then has become increasingly popular as a pro-Russian collective, in particular on the messenger service Telegram. Supporters of the group were offered attack software ("DDoSia") for download which then enabled them to execute DDoS attacks.
Entities that have fallen victim to such attacks include critical infrastructure agencies and other authorities. The aim of "NoName057(16)" in this context is to influence political and/or societal decisions in Germany.

It may be assumed that the wanted person is living in the Russian Federation. The current whereabouts of the wanted person are unknown, but there are indications that he could be in Moscow (RUS).

Information of interest to the police:

1) Have you seen Maxim Nikolaevich LUPIN?
2) Can you provide information on the current whereabouts of the wanted person?
3) Do you have any information indicating that the wanted person travelled outside the Russian Federation?
4) Were or are you in contact with the wanted person?
5) Do you have any information on online accounts or means of communication that the wanted person currently uses?

The information provided can be treated confidentially in justified cases.
