At an undetermined time not later than on 30 January 2022 in Starogard Gdański / Poland, acting with the direct intention of depriving of life, he pressed on the victim's neck organs with his hands, thus causing her to suffocate, as a result of which a woman died suddenly of suffocation i.e. an act under Article 148 § 1 of the Penal Code.
