Szwajnoch was part of a criminal organization that traded in large quantities of cocaine, hash and hemp. The narcotics were hidden in, among other things, truck tires and transported to England, Spain and Scandinavia. On June 18, 2024, the Court of Appeal in The Hague sentenced him to a prison term of 7 years and 2 months. He is currently a fugitive and must serve his remaining sentence of almost 6 years.
