From March to April 2014, while in Irland, the fugitive together with other 11 individuals, organise a criminal group with the purpose of commiting murder and they surveyed and stalked people they considered to be part of rival criminal groups which they battered until one of the victims died.

On the 10th of Aprilie 2014, the fugitive with the help of 10 accomplices, after breaking and entering the flat where one of the victims was living, battered him and stoled from him several valuables. As a result of the battery, after 3 days the victim died. On the same occasion, with the help of the accomplices, he battered two other victims found in the flat, using metal bars, wooden bats and knives.
