Mladen Samardžija participated as a member of an international criminal group that operated within the framework of a larger international criminal group from Montenegro under the name "Kavački Klan". Through SKY communication, he coordinated the handling and delivery of illegal drugs and money and recruited new members of the criminal group. Through his criminal acts he unlawfully obtained a large financial benefit.
