The wanted person was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment for murder. In 2007, after a previous verbal dispute with a man in one Prague music club, he used his illegally held weapon and fired repeatedly at that person. The victim was hit once to the head and three times to the chest area. Those injuries caused his death. The competent judicial authority in the Czech Republic issued the European arrest warrant against him.
