Natalia Kotlyarova is accused of handling large quantities of narcotics 01.01.2013 until 19.06.2014 - during investigation has been established that N.K acquired not earlier but after 01.01.13 in Kohtla-Järve city large quantities of fentanyl with a purpose of significant proprietary benefits, held fentanyl in her apartment, were she packed it to smaller packages and forwarded to drug dealers that she was constantly looking for, with purpose they sell fentanyl on streets or forward to other dealers. She personally controlled dealers activities, by calling, sending text messages and meeting them. She rewarded drug dealers if they sold fast and big amounts by giving them fentanyl for free.
