Värtinen is the perpetrator of aggravated narcotics offences committed in Espoo Finland. Värtinen sold narcotics on the Valhalla (in Finnish Silkkitie) pages on Tor network. The act concerned a large amount of partly very dangerous drugs. A significant benefit was sought with the act. Selling drugs on the net makes it possible for the minors to have access to narcotics, since the seller cannot control where the sold drugs end up. The act shall be considered aggravated when assessed as a whole, taken into account the systematic nature of it.
