Arunas GARSVA is wanted following an incident in Leeds City Centre in June 2011 and is accused of Attempted Murder.
GARSVA is accused of attacking a female victim who was working as an escort at the time. GARSVA and the victim had consensual sex before he became more demanding and threatening. GARSVA is accused of holding the victim out of the third floor window with her legs, feet and lower torso hanging out of the window before letting go of the victim, causing her to fall to the pavement and road beneath.
In fear that the accused would come after her and despite her injuries, the victim managed to crawl to the roadside and get help from a member of the public who contacted the police.
The victim suffered the following injuries:
- Five fractures to her spine
- Shattered coccyx
- Shattered heels
