RIZAIY Kamal, alias RIZAI Gardiz, alias RAZAIY Kamal, Afghan citizen, son of Jamal and Mariam, born on 24.12.1995 in Tagab, Afghanistan, on whose behalf the Arad Court, on 30.03.2021 issued the warrant of pre-trial detention on a period of 30 days, being investigated under the aspect of committing the crimes of illegal crossing of the state border, trafficking in migrants, attempted murder and murder. Thus, on 09.12.2020 around 05.00, on the A1 highway, Lot 2 Est, km 17 + 400 m, the Arad - Timişoara section, inside the MOL fuel station was found  Zamary Sale (declared identity), of Afghan nationality,  who suffered stab wounds in the abdominal area, being the victim of an aggression, injuries that endangered the life of the victim, caused by the violent activity of the fugitive RIZAIY Kamal  who, at the same time applied blows with a knife in the abdominal area to Sherzad Luqman, causing his death.
