BOLGOVAS together with accomplices, in 2015, for the money reward killed Lithuanian national Mr. BUGAVICIUS. All members of a criminal group in advance agreed to make all the preparations: establish the living place, daily routine, movements, using vehicles of the victim and to select the murder time and place. Wanted BOLGOVAS choose the vehicle and supplied all the help for the killers. BOLGOVAS's whereabouts are unknown.
