Sani Denić is wanted by competent judicial authority for two criminal offences, one for Unlawful Manufacture and Trade of Narcotic Drugs, Illicit Substances in Sport and Precursors to Manufacture Narcotic Drugs according to the first paragraph of the Article 186 of the Slovenian Criminal Code and one for criminal offence of Illegal Manufacture of and Trade in Weapons or Explosive Materials according to the third, in connection to the first paragraph of the Article 307 of the Slovenian Criminal Code.

Offences were commited in the time period from february 2019 until january 2023, on the territory of Slovenia, Austria and Italy by well organized criminal group, which was a part of larger international criminal organisation and where Sani Denić was acting as a ringleader, organizing the entire supply and distribution of illicit drug. 

Maximum penalty possible for commiting these offences is 15 years of imprisonment.
