Olga EVSTRATOVA is wanted on suspicion of participating in a foreign criminal organisation penally coinciding with aiding the operation of a criminal online trading platform and aiding computer sabotage.
EVSTATROVA is suspected of being a central member of the group "NoName057(16)" and thus having made a significant contribution to performing DDoS attacks on various institutions in Germany and other countries. Working under the pseudonym "olechochek", she is, in particular, suspected of having been responsible for further optimising the attack software "DDoSia".
The wanted person is suspected of having participated in the criminal organisation "NoName57(16)" and in this context of aiding the operation of a criminal online trading platform and computer sabotage.
The group has been operating since March 2022 and since then has become increasingly popular as a pro-Russian collective, in particular on the messenger service Telegram. Supporters of the group were offered attack software ("DDoSia") for download which then enabled them to execute DDoS attacks.
Entities that have fallen victim to such attacks include critical infrastructure agencies and governmental authorities. The aim of "NoName057(16)" in this context is to influence political and/or societal decisions in Germany.
It may be assumed that the wanted person is living in the Russian Federation. The current whereabouts of the wanted person are unknown, but there are indications that she could be in Moscow (RUS).
