Björkendahl as a part of the activities of an international criminal group created for narcotics and violent offences jointly with others attempted to kill a person by shooting. Björkendahl's purpose was to kill the person in the apartment or at least they considered it would be a quite probable consequence of the shooting. Several shots were used to make the probability of hitting the target and the death higher. Björkendahl caused the risk of the offence being completed, as during the shooting the person was between the kitchen and the hall and thus between the bullets’ trajectories.
