The Public Prosecutor General's Office in Bamberg and the Bavarian State Office of Criminal Investigation request your assistance!

The cybercrime investigations unit of the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (Bayerisches Landeskriminalamt, BLKA) has been investigating since mid-2021 under the direction of the Office of Public Prosecutor General in Bamberg – Bavarian Central Office for the Prosecution of Cybercrime (Generalstaatsanwaltschaft Bamberg – Zentralstelle Cybercrime Bayern) against the operator and users of the Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) platform on darknet called Alice with violence CP for distributing and acquisition CSAM.

In connection with the platform in question, 168 servers operated by the perpetrator have been seized in the course of this investigation.

Based on the analysis of the server backups, we were able to find out that the perpetrator does not only operate the initially mentioned darknet site Alice with violence CP on the servers rented by him but 31 other sites as well.

In addition, the perpetrator operated a total of 90 further platforms on the dark web in connection with ‘Crime as a Service’.

In total, over 10.000 customers deposited funds amounting to more than 400.000 USD across the various platforms.

The operator was identified in the meantime; he is a 35-year-old Chinese national.

All 105 servers most recently operated by the perpetrator were shut down and seized by the Bavarian authorities on 17 March 2026 and seizure notices were displayed on over 373.000 darknet sites (so-called .onion-domains).
