Metsar, as a member of a criminal group, together with other persons, bought 40 kilos of amphetamine and some cocaine imported to Finland. With the help of other people, Metsar arranged for a car for the reception of the drug delivery and organised the sale and distribution of the drugs in Finland.

He also illegally imported to Finland, possessed, sold and distributed at least 13 kilos of amphetamine.
