The Karlsruhe Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Reutlingen Police Headquarters are appealing for your assistance!

The suspect, Volodymyr Viktorovych TYMOSHCHUK, is strongly suspected of being the alleged ringleader of an internationally active affiliate group working in collaboration with the HIVE network.

The accused and his accomplices are alleged to have used malware to steal and encrypt sensitive data from over 300 companies in order to extort ransoms. The financial loss is estimated to be in the hundreds of millions.

International investigations led to the identification of the alleged ringleader, against whom a European arrest warrant has also been issued. The US government has offered a substantial reward for his capture.

Volodymyr Viktorovych TYMOSHCHUK has gone into hiding. His current whereabouts are unknown.
