On 29 September 2025, COSTANTINI Damien allegedly assaulted a man in Moutfort, Luxembourg, stabbing him several times with a knife before stealing his belongings and fleeing the scene. The victim was left with life-threatening injuries. 

In December 2025, a European Arrest Warrant and an international arrest warrant were issued for COSTANTINI Damien in connection with attempted murder and theft.

COSTANTINI Damien is believed to be currently living abroad under a false identity.
