As part of an organized armed criminal group, acting together with other persons, the perpetrator robbed the victims, beating and tying their hands and threatening to use a gun, took one of the victims hostage and then forced that person to hand over money from a safe, a diamond watch, and a car, and held the person hostage, forcing the victim to hand over a significant amount of money in exchange for their release. The perpetrator also deprived another victim of their liberty, using a gun to render the person defenceless and stealing items such as jewellery, computers, and cameras.

Acting as part of an organized criminal group, he also possessed a significant amount of drugs, cocaine.
