FAST Luxembourg is searching for Mohamed ZITOUNI who is suspected of several simple and qualified thefts and the fraudulent use of several stolen credit cards that belonged to at least a dozen victims. Four other accomplices were involved and they stole credit cards in restaurants according to a well-coordinated modus operandi. With the stolen credit cards they took money from various ATM’s or did some shopping in several stores .  

The crimes occurred from 17th of March 2019 until 30th of November 2019 mainly in Luxembourg, but also in France and Belgium.   

The investigation is being conducted by an investigative judge from Luxembourg and the Criminal Department of Crimes against goods. 

The fugitive still could use several alias names. In the recent past, there were traces of him in France.  

ZITOUNI and his accomplices are also accused of being members of a criminal association or organisation and the laundering of the proceeds of their crimes. 

On 21st of March 2022, a European Arrest Warrant and an International Arrest Warrant were issued against Mohamed ZITOUNI.
